"We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our precious boy Cheznee 3 weeks ago. We had decided that we wanted a personal goodbye. I came across Lucia on Google and contacted her. She came back to me immediately and explained the process and we booked a day for her to come to our house. When Lucia arrived she was so lovely and had a very calming presence, she explained everything to us and nothing was rushed, she also gave us comfort that we were making the right decision for our 17 year old boy. We held Cheznee on our lap in our front room and he peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge. No stress , no traumatic journey to the vet, no clinical environment and no sad drive home alone. Lucia organised everything from there on and took any stress away. We are so grateful that we found you and thank you for your compassion and professionalism , we said goodbye in the most perfect way possible in the circumstances 💔🌈🐾"

"There are no words that would ever do justice to the gratitude we have for Lucia. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for us so quickly on a day that shattered our hearts. You helped us send our 15 year old boy Bruce to heaven in the most dignified and beautiful way we could have ever dreamt for him to go to heaven. The most professional yet deeply caring person - the words you spoke to us even after he passed will stay with us forever and ever. Bruce passed at home, in his bed, already sedated so he was just asleep. We got to kiss him, hug him and tell him how much we loved him and that it was ok for him to let go. We will never get over how grateful we were that Lucia offers this incredibly special service. Simply a must for anyone who dreams of the most dignified end to the most special once in a lifetime bond we had with Bruce who was more our child than our dog. The aftercare service is also something you couldn’t even dream of in terms of how special Lucia approaches what comes afterwards. We have given your details to every single person we know with a pet. Thank you will never be enough. Forever and ever grateful Lucia 🩷"

"I cannot highly recommend Lucia enough. The compassion shown during my much loved dog's final moment was more than I could ever ask or expect from a vet who had never met her before. From greeting her immediately with love, care and stroking her during the procedure meant the world to me. I have no doubt that undertaking the appointment in the garden in 20° blazing sun (while surrounded by half a dozen of my friends and family) and adding that my sweetheart was laying on my legs was a touch uncomfortable but her professionalism shone through. We cannot thank you enough for making her final hour as perfect as she would have wanted it."

"What a beautiful way to say goodbye to one of the best part of my life my cat archie b xx he was my world and lucia made the whole process all about us and archie even when he had his last breath lucia was kind caring and treated him with the upmost respect x if anyone is looking to say goodbye at home do it with lucia it will be something u will not forget life is a blessing but we all no one day is a goodbye and lucia gave me such a beautiful way to do this so sad but archie deserved to be in his home and treated so well thanku lucia"

"Lucia was very professional in what was the hardest day of our lives. My 2 westies were both very sick with different illnesses and were put to sleep together on the same day. We wanted them to have dignity in their own home and that's exactly what they got. Everything was done in our time and wasn't rushed. We felt that Lucia although sympathetic allowed us space to say our goodbyes, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Lucia for being the ultimate professional, who cares."

"Lucia was very professional, caring and compassionate, when she came out on Monday to put my darling Zoe to sleep. She explained everything, didn't rush us and gave us time to say our final goodbye. "We sadly had to put our beautiful 17 year old cat to sleep. Ideally we didn't want to take Saph to the vets, we wanted her to be comfortable at home. Fortunately we found Sunny Mobile Vets online and were incredibly impressed. Lucia is one of, if not, the kindest vets; I wish more vets were like her. Lucia took her time with us and reassured us at each step. An experience that can be incredibly difficult, was actually the calmest and kindest experience for Saph. We can't thank Lucia enough for her gentle and caring way."

"Lucia visited us at a time that was convenient to us. She talked us through the steps of what was going to happen, to our precious Soda, who we had for 15 years, and made sure we were happy with saying our final goodbyes. Soda fell peacefully to sleep in our arms, without any stress ❤️"
