Payment for our services is taken at the time of
booking via bank transfer or same day before procedure if
paid by cash.

Prices shown apply to appointments booked between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

Additional Information
Travel Charges
Covering Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding areas.
Travel within 40 minutes of Aylesbury is included in the standard fee. For locations further away, the following surcharges apply:
- 40 – 60 minutes: +£40
- 60 – 80 minutes: +£60
I’m happy to travel over 80 minutes if availability allows. Any additional travel surcharge can be discussed at the time of booking.
Out-of-Hours and Urgent Appointment Surcharges
- 8:00 am – 9:00 am: +£50
- 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm: +£100
- Bank Holidays: +£150
Quality of Life Assessment
This type of visit is especially helpful for families who need time and space to talk through their pet’s current quality of life and explore the options available for their comfort and care.
Lucia will gently explain the changes that may occur with your pet’s condition and provide simple tools to help you monitor their comfort and make thoughtful end-of-life decisions when the time feels right.
She will also talk you through what to expect during the final stage and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Individual Cremation
Individual cremation with your pet's ashes returned is available through our cremation partners. You can choose from a selection of urns, caskets, and keepsakes, or opt for scattering if you prefer. Just let us know at the time of booking.
- Transport of your pet for cremation: +£50
- Return ashes by post: +£32
Shared Cremation
If you do not wish to have your pet’s ashes returned, shared cremation is available. Alternatively, if you would like to bury your pet at home or make your own aftercare arrangements, Lucia can leave your pet with you.

Memorial choices
You may also wish to choose from a few memorial keepsakes, created with care to help you remember your pet in a special way:
- Paper pawprints – a gentle keepsake of your pet’s paw.
- Foam pawprints – a lasting 3D impression to treasure.
